This elegant seating plan with etched roses is simple and refined.

Seating plans don’t just tell guests where to sit. They also mark the significance and formality of your day. Seating plans are especially designed to match your wedding stationery. You can change up the design by including a border or changing the colour of the background or roses. We have a few variations in the photo gallery, have a look at what is possible.

This seating plan matches the Etched Roses Suite.Get started by selecting your preferred sign material – stretched canvas, foam board, poster paper, or card.

Let us know what colour(s) you require, referencing the specific hex code to help communicate what you're envisaging. Please note we are limited to colours replicable by digital printing processes, so florescent and metallic are not possible. Adding a printed proof is strongly suggested as colours will look different between your screen and the printed pieces. Customised colour requests require additional time and revisions to perfect, so there is a charge for this service.

Create a beautiful focal point for your reception with a personalised seating plan from Be My Guest. Whether you’re organising a wedding or corporate event, we’ll personalise one of our professionally designed templates with your guest list, table layout and event details.

Our seating plans are available in a range of sizes, with A1 Foam Board being our most popular option. If you’re unsure which size is best for your guest numbers, our guide to choosing the right seating plan size can help.

Choose from a range of professionally printed finishes, including canvas, foam board, poster paper and card. You can learn more about our signage materials and printing options here.

Our standard design service includes personalising your chosen design with your wording, guest list and colour changes. Minor layout adjustments are made where needed to accommodate your supplied information while maintaining the style of the original design.

Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll collect your wording and guest list before preparing your first electronic proof. You’ll have the opportunity to review your seating plan and request any changes before printing begins.

Turnaround times vary depending on your chosen print material. We recommend ordering your seating plan alongside your other day-of stationery, and rush orders are available where production schedules allow.

    This was such an easy choice to make . The process was simple and streamlined , affordable and such a great quality product . Being a bride on the eve of Covid lock down of March 2020 , I had to make some last minute changes to guests and seating plan and Be my Guest was able to make the changes short notice and have it all delivered on time . Amazing ! And thank you so much
