How long will my signage take?

Please order three weeks prior to when you need to receive your seating plan i.e. If you need your seating plan to be with you 2 days before your wedding, then you need to order 3 weeks and 2 days before your wedding. If you need your seating plan a week before your wedding, as you’re travelling, then you’d need to order 4 weeks before the wedding (or, be prepared to pay the urgency surcharge to get it to you in time).

As stationery for a wedding reception is a time sensitive item, the following deadlines apply, to ensure you receive wedding stationery in plenty of time (so you can relax and know you’ve got everything you need for your wedding day):

  • To receive your wedding stationery before your wedding day, all information required must be received at least three weeks before you need it to arrive.
  • If the information is supplied after three weeks, but before two weeks, a surcharge of $30 may be applied.
  • If the information is supplied between two weeks and one week before, a surcharge of $100 will be applied.  It is up to Be My Guest’s discretion whether the items will be able to be supplied if information is received after this time. Please contact us directly to see if it is possible to help in this instance.

Weddings close to holiday weekends, Easter and January weddings need to allow extra time as printing and deliveries will be held up by public holidays (printer closes late Dec to early Jan).

Any urgency fees necessary will be charged separately after your order has been received and your unique situation is considered (the timeframe, time of year, courier requirements, design requirements etc).

Printed Version

Purchase a printed version, either printed onto a fine/light canvas stretched onto a pine frame, or printed onto high quality paper and delivered rolled into a cardboard tube, ready for you to frame.

Please allow up to three weeks from order to delivery.

Electronic Copy: Print Yourself

If you’re on a tight budget, or pressed for time, then the printable version is perfect for you. You will receive a high resolution PDF version around 5 working days after payment is submitted.   Print at home, at the office, or your local print shop.
