Personalised Baby Shower Guestbooks
These baby shower guestbooks are customised to suit the special occasion (whether that’s a baby shower, a BabyQ or a baby sprinkle). Each guestbook is printed to order, so you are able to change the wording to include the Mum’s name, both parent’s names, the family name or even the baby’s name if it is known.
Capture memories with a polaroid camera alongside your guestbook, and stick candid snaps from your baby bash alongside the messages and autographs from your favourite people. We’ve also tested a lot of different pens to see how they write on our guestbooks, if you’re interested in picking up some special pens.
Our guestbooks can be used for many special events, as visitor books, photo books and even log books. Each one is personalised, so you can include whatever text you’d like on the front. Custom Guest Books: Frequently Asked Questions
What size are the guest books?
The guest book cover and pages are A4 size (210 x 297mm) and wire bound, with a protective plastic sheet.
We offer four sizes:
- Small has 10 leaves
- Regular has 20 leaves
- Large has 30 leaves
- Extra-Large has 50 leaves
The best size will depend on the number of guests you have attending, and whether you are getting them to stick polaroid photos in with their messages.
We always recommending going for slightly larger than you think, if in doubt. You can always add in greeting cards, menus and other mementoes from your event if you end up with spare pages afterwards.
What are the guestbook cover and pages made from?
A clear plastic cover protects the guestbook cover and the printed guestbook cover goes onto 300gsm card. A thicker card stock (600gsm) is available for an additional fee if you want a heavier weight cover.
The internal pages are an uncoated 210gsm card, so your guests can sign without worrying about pen ink bleeding or marking through to the other side of the page.
Unlined white pages are the most popular option but you can choose to get lined pages like in the image below:
Black pages are another option available to customise your guestbook. You will need to use a pen with white or silver ink – see our recommendations for guestbook pens here.
How are the guestbooks bound?
Your guestbook is wire bound with your choice of black or white binding.
This type of binding allows your guestbook to open and lay flat (see the example in the photo above). This makes it easier for guests to write their messages and stick in polaroid pictures!
Can I customise the wording and colours of my guestbook?
Your designer will add your details, adding or removing information as requested, and tweak the design to your preferred wording and colour scheme. Don’t fret if a particular design mentions a wedding and you want it for a baby shower (or vice versa). We modify each cover to suit you and your specific event.
There is a lot of flexibility for changing the colours on your guestbook cover as they are digitally printed to order. Any colour that can be digitally printed is possible – so metallic and fluorescent colours are not possible.
An electronic draft mockup of your guestbook will be sent to you before it goes to print – so you can see how everything looks and request any changes. Up to two rounds of revisions are included.
How long will it take to get my guestbook?
Allow a week plus shipping time for your guest book to be customised, printed and bound. An urgent/24 hour turnaround service is available for an additional charge.
We send all our guestbooks via overnight courier but there can be delays we can’t control!

- Add a matching A5 (148mm x 210mm) sign to encourage guests to sign your guestbook
- Our favourite guestbook pens are popular extras – our luxe black pen or the Pierre Cardin rose gold pen are perfect for signing on the white card pages.
- Matching 30mm stickers can be used for favours
- Teardrop Paperclips in black, silver, rose gold or gold are a great option for attaching tags or photo strips without glue.
