Vow booklets will be a helping hand through your wedding ceremony, and a keepsake for your future. Want vow books with your own artwork on it? We can help!

The notebooks are 148mm by 210mm when closed. Inside there are 12 lined pages.

    For the very best results, the file supplied should be:

  • a high resolution PDF
  • Measuring A4 size (Landscape – 210 x 297mm) with a 2mm bleed on all sides, in CMYK and including crop marks. If you want different books for each person, then you can supply a multi-page PDF. The righthand side of the A4 page will be your front cover, and the lefthand side is the back cover.
  • No cropmarks

Be My Guest Design’s range of notebooks are used as keepsakes:

  • Vow Books – a helping hand through the emotions of your wedding ceremony
  • Speech Books – tidy and convenient way of keeping your speech notes together, and a thoughtful gift to the honouree afterwards
  • Journals – jotting down your thoughts, ideas and memories for yourself or a loved one
  • Log books – noting down essential details and keeping track of information

All our notebooks are designed, printed and shipped from Mosgiel, 20 minutes south of Dunedin.

The full range of notebooks can be found and ordered online. A limited range is available on display at our studio/printery if you want to drop in.

These notebooks are approximately 148mm wide by 210mm tall when closed, and open up to measure 297 x 210mm tall, about the size of an A4 piece of paper. All our vow book and notebook covers come printed on matte card, with 12 lined pages (6 leaves). These pages are printed on 120gsm matte paper, making it a pleasure to write on and preventing ink from smudging.

Customising your notebook also gives you the option to increase the number of pages inside and upgrade the cover card. You can view the range of cover card options by ordering a sample pack here.
